Kara (Brasovan) Kaplan is a strong-willed litigator. She advocates for her clients and helps injured individuals and their families receive the result they deserve. Kara focuses her practice in the areas of motor vehicle collisions, medical malpractice and premises liability against a broad spectrum of defendants.
She prides herself in her ability to communicate with her clients on a personal level. She believes that exceptional legal representation requires a strong relationship with her clients and works hard to make her clients feel comfortable and informed throughout the entire litigation process.
Kara has been an associate attorney at Ely, Bettini, Ulman, Rosenblatt & Ozer since 2016. While she has always been a compassionate and social individual, her interests in Plaintiff’s representation were solidified while studying abroad in law school. Leaving her comfort zone of Chicago, Illinois, opened her eyes to a new world view; and she chose a career that allows her to help people feel whole again.
Kara is also active outside of the office. She is an avid Crossfitter, reader, hiker and traveler. While Kara has many interests outside of the office, she has a strong work ethic and strives to always prioritize her clients’ needs.
